Experienced Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual) - Liberty, TX
Job Title - Bilingual Nurse Practitioner.
Location- Liberty, TX.
Job Type- Full time.
Salary - $125K Annually based on the experience.
Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including history, physical exams, and psychosocial evaluations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff as needed.
Develop and implement treatment plans; prescribe medications and perform minor procedures.
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and health promotion.
Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
Participate in quality assurance activities and clinical guideline development.
Collaborate closely with physicians to manage acute and chronic care and follow-up patient needs.
Uphold patient confidentiality and advocate for patient well-being.
Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner certification and Texas APRN-NP licensure (Required)
Master's degree in Nursing (Required)
Minimum 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience
Proficient in patient assessment and care
Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS)
Familiarity with EHR systems, preferably E Clinical Works
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
