Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license for Texas
- Proven experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or related fields
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to perform interviews, physical assessments, and documentation efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with compensation and pension evaluations
- Prior work in outpatient or primary care settings
- Familiarity with medical reporting and documentation platforms
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must possess active state licensure and certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel locally within Houston, TX, as needed
- Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in all clinical documentation
