Required Skills:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license for Texas
  • Proven experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or related fields
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • Ability to perform interviews, physical assessments, and documentation efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with compensation and pension evaluations
  • Prior work in outpatient or primary care settings
  • Familiarity with medical reporting and documentation platforms
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:
  • Must possess active state licensure and certifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel locally within Houston, TX, as needed
  • Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in all clinical documentation
