Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient histories
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
- Deliver care with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach
- Active and unrestricted California license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or DNP
- Board Certification in Family Practice is required
- New Grads are also welcome
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and professionally
- Bilingual in Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish is a plus
