Qualifications

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
•
Licensure:
Active or eligible APRN license in the state of Connecticut.

Experience:
While 1-2 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family practice is preferred,
new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
