A highly regarded organization of Federal Qualified Health Centers in rural South Dakota and Minnesota is seeking to add a permanent PA or CNP. This is a charming rural community just off I-90 roughly halfway between Rapid City and Sioux Falls.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Sole provider at a site seeing 5-6 family medicine visits per day
- Supported by a medical assistant
- Full-time 8-5 schedule with some variability
- Comprehensive on-site lab
- Provide on-site or virtual support to other nearby clinics in the system
