Ready to step into a low-volume, high-impact role where your skills truly make a difference? We're looking for a confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to all ages in a supportive rural community setting.
📍 Location: Presho, South Dakota
📅 Start Date: As early as June 2 (for SD-licensed providers)
🕒 Schedule: 40 hours/week | 6-month contract
👤 Setting: Independent, solo-provider role (support staff onsite)
👶👵 Patient Demographics: All ages | Low volume – 5-6 patients/day
💻 EMR: Meditech
🎓 Experience Required: No new grads – must be comfortable working solo
🌍 Licensure: SD license preferred | Open to IMLC providers
