Job description
Our client in California is seeking a locum tenens Family Practice Nurse Practitioner starting June 2, 2025 for 60 days covering the 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Mon-Fri shift. For this role, the NP will be expected to handle a fluctuating patient volume, seeing up to 22 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive family practice care in an outpatient setting.
- Handle a fluctuating patient volume, with efforts to schedule 22 patients per day
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Must have CAQH, PECOS, and PAVE certifications.
- Experience in family practice is essential.
- Comfortable using the eClinicalWorks EMR system.

- Shift Hours: 8a-5p and 9a-6p, Monday-Friday
