We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position serving two clinic locations in West Los Angeles and Lawndale, CA. This is a premium W2 opportunity with a strong support team and a focus on high-quality geriatric care.

📍 Position Details:

• Locations:
  • West LA: 3711 S La Brea Ave (Tues/Thurs)
  • Lawndale: 15230 Hawthorne Blvd (Mon/Wed/Fri)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Through 12/31/2025
• On-Call: None
• Setting: Outpatient primary care for geriatric patients

✅ Requirements:

• Certifications:
  • Board Certified (ANCC or AANP)
  • BLS
  • DEA
• Licensure: Active California NP license
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in Primary Care or Geriatrics
  • Must be confident working independently with older adult populations

💼 Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to geriatric patients
• Manage chronic and acute conditions
• Collaborate with a full support team and supervising physician
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Rate: $130K-$190K/yr (W2)
• Travel/Lodging: All-inclusive (local candidates preferred)
• Orientation: 2–3 days
• Onboarding: 2–3 weeks
