Locum, temp to perm and/or Direct Hire
•Specialty: Family Medicine – Advanced Practice
•Location: Indianapolis Area
•Dates: ASAP thru 7/31 with possible extension
•Employee Health Clinic
- Ages: 2+
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 4-10 hour shifts. Monday, Thursday, Friday - 7am - 6pm and Tuesday 8am - 7pm. Saturday rotation every 8 weeks 8am - 12pm.
- primary care center (acute and chronic care).
- with well woman exams, minor procedures. EMR used is EPIC.
- patient load is 16-18/day
- 100% Outpatient
- will assist with all credentialing, onboarding and hospital privileges
- and transportation can be provided if necessary
