Arc Health is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) to provide women’s health exams, prenatal care, and outpatient primary care services in the heart of northwestern Minnesota at an HIS facility. This is an incredible opportunity to serve a Tribal community while working in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Position Details:
- Location: northwestern, MN
- Commitment: Minimum 26 weeks, with an opportunity to extend
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, no call
- Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day
- EHR System: RPMS
- Compensation: Highly competitive and based on experience
- Licensure Requirement: ANY state license accepted!
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for providers who are:
? Passionate about rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare
? Experienced in women’s health and primary care
? Comfortable managing patients with multiple chronic conditions
? Dedicated to social medicine and health equity
? Adaptable to rural living and community-focused care
Requirements:
- Certified APP
- Active medical license (any state)
- Active DEA license (any state)
- No practice gap of more than 6 months before assignment
- COVID-19 vaccination + boosters
- Background check and fingerprinting
