A Nurse Practitioner is needed in Columbus, Ohio.

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000 annually
- Annual bonus potential: Up to $10,000 in the first year (increases with partnership opportunities)

Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
- Outpatient primary care services – 100% outpatient
- Patient volume: 18 patients per day
- Small patient panel: Maximum of 450 patients
- Focus on senior patients with 3–5 chronic conditions
- Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and Scheduler
- Administrative time included in the schedule
- No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
- Access to in-house consulting specialists including cardiology, podiatry, acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition services
- Door-to-door patient transportation available
Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Passion for value-based care and delivering high-quality outcomes for senior populations
