🩺 Your Role:

Provide holistic primary care across all age groups 👶🧒👩🧓

Take detailed patient histories and conduct thorough assessments

Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans

Conduct well-care exams & gynecological assessments

Prescribe medications and educate patients on usage
🧠 Requirements:
✅ Master's Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
✅ 2+ years experience in a Primary Care setting
✅ NY State NP License + Certifications
✅ Active DEA license
✅ Current BLS certification
✅ Medicaid number (Preferred)
