Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Dwight, IL 60420
Position Type: Locums
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule:
- Rotating weekends (covering every other weekend)
- 24 - 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule during the week, but every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) is mandatory
- No on-call/callback
Rate: $85 per hour
Required Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
State Licensure: Must be licensed in Illinois
Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Patient Volume: 8-12 patients per day, sometimes less
Interview Process:
- Teams call with the Medical Director and the Hiring Manager
- Onsite visit
Interview Conducted By: Medical Director
Orientation:
- Duration: 2 weeks (Monday - Friday, back-to-back weeks)
