We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups.
Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modifications.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including bloodwork, imaging, and screenings.
Collaborate with physicians and specialists for coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in family medicine.
Qualifications
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Valid state license to practice as an FNP
Minimum of [1] year of experience in primary care or a related field preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication, patient education, and teamwork abilities
