Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.

• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on preventive healthcare.

• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

• Education : Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Licensure : Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one.

• Certification : Board certified or board eligible (AANP or ANCC).

• Experience : Prior experience in family practice, internal medicine, or urgent care is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
