We have an urgent opening for a Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) at a Health Center in Lebanon, OR. This is a first-come, first-serve opportunity!
Details:
- Duration: ASAP start - May, with potential for a permanent role if a good fit
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Mon/Tue 10AM – 6PM, Wed, Thurs, Fri 7:30AM - 3:30PM
- Role: Providing primary care and employee wellness services
