Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult NP) or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will provide primary care and urgent care services to both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.

Shifts: Mon - Fri (9AM - 5PM OR 10 AM - 6PM)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult NP) or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will provide primary care and urgent care services to both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide urgent and primary care services, including medication prescriptions and chronic disease management.
- Educate patients on healthcare management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Master's of Science in Nursing: Family or Adult
- Active California license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner
- At least 2+ years of experience in inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Strong primary care and urgent care experience preferred.
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner is a plus
