An established practice in Merced, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team. This will be a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a Monday-Friday schedule. NO call or weekend requirements. New graduates with an active CA State License are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:

- Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
- NO call or weekends
- Conduct a comprehensive health assessment with head-to-toe physical exam
- Address all health conditions with recommendation on care plan
- Reconcile medication list, review and update pertinent history
- Order lab and preventative screening tests
- Review and communicate test results with patients
- Provide wellness and disease management education to patients
- Complete documentation timely and accurately
- Provide patients with excellent visit experience
- Active California State License
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (EMR)
