In this vital role, you will conduct interview-based examinations, perform basic physical assessments such as range of motion and muscle strength testing, and complete detailed reports. You will work on a PRN basis, with options for half-day or full-day shifts, ensuring a flexible work-life balance. Fast credentialing and onboarding processes allow you to start quickly and contribute immediately. The role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or those experienced in compensation and pension evaluations.

Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification
- Experience in general medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedics
- Ability to conduct assessment-based exams and document findings accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with VA or government contract examinations
- Knowledge of compensation and pension (C&P) exam procedures
- Certification in relevant specialties or additional training in disability evaluations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
- At least one year of clinical practice in general medicine or related fields
- Experience with interview-based assessments and physical exam procedures
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must reside within 50 miles of designated locations or own a suitable office space if required by the assignment
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including selected locations across the country
- Quick credentialing process and ability to complete all required training efficiently
