We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
