Adelphi is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide services at a facility in Victorville, California. The ideal candidate will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement care plans, and maintain medical records.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards.
• Administer medications as prescribed; by mouth, intravenously, intradermally, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly.
• Perform history and physicals.
• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services for inmates.
• Take medical histories, examine patients, and order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform duties within scope of licensure.
• Additional duties as assigned by facility.
