Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas (AR)
- Proven experience in General Medicine or related fields
- Strong assessment and interview skills
- Ability to perform physical exam components such as range of motion and muscle strength testing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with Compensation & Pension exams or military/treatment assessments
- Familiarity with medical documentation and reporting systems
- Certification in relevant specialties such as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification in Arkansas (AR)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in General Medicine or Veterans’ health services
Other Requirements:
- Own office setup within the specified radius of designated locations (Arkadelphia, Pine Bluff, Forrest City, Helena)
- Must have reliable internet and secure access for administrative tasks
- Ability to perform exams on a PRN basis, including options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts
- Travel costs are included in the hourly pay rate; local candidates only
- Valid provider attestation and credentials necessary for onboarding
