We are seeking experienced General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments nationwide. Required Skills:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification
  • Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or related general medicine
  • Strong interview skills and physical assessment capabilities, including range of motion and muscle strength testing
  • Ability to perform non-treatment exams efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with assessment documentation and report submissions

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience with compensation and pension exams
  • Knowledge of veteran healthcare protocols
  • Prior work in telemedicine or remote assessment settings
  • Certification in relevant specialties or additional medical certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in general medicine or relevant specialty
  • Prior experience in government or military healthcare evaluations is advantageous

Other Requirements:
  • Candidates must reside within specified radii of designated locations or have their own office space when required
  • Availability to work on a PRN basis, including half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts
  • Willingness to complete required credentialing and onboarding processes promptly
  • Local candidates only, with travel included in rates
  • Commitment to timely report submission and administrative follow-up tasks

This position offers $402 per hour, with additional bonuses for onboarding and first exams.
