Details:
- Setting: outpatient primary care clinic for ages 6 months and up (employees and dependents)
- Cases: primary care, diabetes, hypertension
- EPIC experience is a plus
- Start: within 2-3 weeks
- Active VA license
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Current BLS
- Minimum 1 full year of experience in a primary care setting as an NP
