Credentialing Estimate – 1-2 months

Primary Care. Provide standard primary care – diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management, and some minor procedures such as suturing

Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.

Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.

Patient Load – Adult population. Approximately 10-12 PPD.

Required Qualifications
- Active/Unrestricted Colorado NP License
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- Active/unrestricted DEA
- 2+ Years Experience
