Family Nurse Practitioner - Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Shift: Days (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's/ Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Proficiency in patient care, discharge planning, venipuncture, and urgent care
- Knowledge of aesthetic laser treatment, ophthalmology, utilization review, utilization management, and workers compensation law are a plus
