Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up.
Setting: Hospital
Schedule: M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up.

Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician.

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays.

Prescribe medications and treatments.
-
Provide patient education and counseling.
-
Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care options.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

All candidates must possess a current, unrestricted medical license in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.

Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent, as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.

Proof of insurance coverage.

All candidates must be Citizens of the United States.
