Nurse Practitioner (In-Home-Visits) - Oakland, CA
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Range: $140k - $160k
Notes: Our NP roles are hybrid in that they are in-home visits, NP will travel 4 days of the week or 80% of the time to see patients and then work from home 1 day/week or when they don't have patients on their schedule to visit.
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
- Active and good-standing RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of California.
- Active and good standing NPI number
- Post-graduate training in area of responsibility.
- 2-4 years as a Clinical/Family Nurse Practitioner
