Job Type - Full Time
Schedule - Mon to Fri (8 AM - 5 PM)
Pay Range - $130k-$160k
Experience & Education
- CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- 1+ Experience with Primary Care
Role & Responsibilities
- Obtain history and perform a physical examination
- Complete review of medicines and related instructions
- Fulfill documentation needs for STAR and HCC measures
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality
- Universal precautions utilized in all patient care
- Prescribe/order procedures, treatments, and medications within the scope of practice
- Develop a high level of trust and intimacy with patients and families
