The number of technology and scholarly institutions around Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham make the area known as the Research Triangle. This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Primary Care Organization. They have a unique focus on the Hispanic population and aim to find providers who are connected to the community.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $100,000 and up based on experience
• Profit Sharing ( $15,000 to $20,000 Annually)
• Health, Vision and Dental Insurance – Employers Pays 85% ($100 Per Month)

Responsibilities

• Outpatient
• Schedule: 4 Day Work Week : 10 Hour Shifts (37 hours of clinical work, 3 hours of administrative time)
• Administrative work can be done from home
• One Saturday Per Month (8am to 5pm)
  • 2 or more Saturdays a month (8am to 2pm) Paid for full 40 hours
• On Call (After Hours Answering Service)

Requirements

• 1 Year of Experience Required
• Clear and Active License in the State of North Carolina
  • Family Nurse Practitioner
• Bilingual (Fluent Spanish) Required
• Desired Skills: Joint Injections, Extract Toe Nails, Minor Surgeries, Minor Urgent Care, Incisions, etc.
