Job Overview

Provides healthcare services typically performed by a physician, under the supervision of a physician. Within the scope of the supervising physician, provides general medical care, completes physicals, assessments, evaluation, treatment, and some minor surgery for patients seeking services within but not limited to our Health Mobile Clinics. Instructs and educates trainees and/or staff; assists in public relations efforts. Delivers care appropriate for an outpatient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population. The Mobile Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant plays a critical role in the patient experience by optimizing clinic patient flow and working collaboratively with the mobile health team, clinical staff, and Community Health personnel to assure a patient centered environment.
