• Dates & Required Availability: Soon as privs are granted until 12-31-24
• Rotating schedule, will likely extend.
• Shift & Call Details: Varied, will have call shifts as well.
• Credentialing Time-frame: 60-90 days or less

• Setting: Inpatient
• Required Procedures: Multiple initial assessments of fractures and procedures
• Volume: Varies, percentage of patients: Peds 5%, Adults 75%, and Geriatrics 20%
• APP Support/Supervision: Number of Other Providers: 4 Physicians, 1 Fellow. Number of Clinical Support: 5 1/2 APP's
• EMR: EPIC
• Client Requirements: Provider must have ACTIVE GA. license, Board certification, and COVID vaccination. Will consider New Grads
