Client seeking PHY/NP for family practice opportunity in Florence, KY on June 7, 10, 11. Hours are Monday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break; Tuesday, 8:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute break; Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, wellness exams, and chronic care management. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
