Practice Details:

• Thriving community health center in a burgeoning community
• Home to Missouri University of Science and Technology and Fort Leonard Military Base
• New clinic completed in 2017
• Primary care team consisting of 1 Pediatrician and 1 Pediatric NP – Will report to Medical Director (CMO)
• Average 18-20 patients per day once ramped up
• Practice to your full potential - Diverse patient panel, seeing ages 0-100. Pediatrician available for consult and referral.
• Will see some substance abuse as well – Suboxone, Sublocade mostly – LPC and LCSW available for consult and referrals, if needed
• 4-day weeks
• Opportunity to work with students on rotation, if desired

Compensation:

• 115K – 130K Salary (commensurate with experience)
• NHSC student loan assistance: 50K over 2 years
• 20 Days PTO plus national holidays
• Additional 5 days for CE with 2500 allowance
• 401K with 4 percent match
