• Dates: As soon as credentialed for an estimated 3 months
• 8a to 5p Mon-Friday
• See all ages, approximately 20 patients per day
• Active and clean SC License, SC DEA, Federal DEA, Board Certification & BLS
• Lodging & Mileage Covered and Paid by direct deposit
• Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour plus mileage and lodging
