We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Waupun, WI. Duties:
  • Patient exams/consultations orthopedic/musculoskeletal focused (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
  • Evaluate Clinical Data
  • Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and the need for, and progress through, the care plan
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Treatments to include Joint/trigger point injections (we will provide training if necessary)
  • Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
  • Monitor patients for improvements and setbacks to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectations
  • Monitor patients for compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations
  • Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of company’s services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
  • Oversee management of Medical Assistants
  • Ensure all patient care is focused on an upstream medical philosophy, (prevention and function based) instead of a downstream one, (symptom based)
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • PA/NP license in WI
  • Experience in Joint injections preferred
  • 1 year experience minimum working as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner required
Compensation Range:
  • $60-70/hr (Extensive experience may increase salary)
