Details & Responsibilities

• Competitive Pay + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
• Flexible full-time schedule
  • 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • No call or weekends required
• Start Date – ASAP
• Credentialing Estimate – 1-2 months
• Primary Care.Provide standard primary care – diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management, and some minor procedures such as suturing
  • Collaborate with other providers.Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure high standard of care.
  • Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
  • Patient Load –Adult population. Approximately 10-12 PPD.

Required Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted CO Nurse Practitioner’s License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Active/unrestricted DEA
