Role Summary: As a key member of our healthcare team, the NP/PA will work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care across a variety of settings within the clinic. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of conditions while maintaining the highest standards of care. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Prescribe medications and therapies, in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.
Perform minor procedures and assist in surgeries as needed.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle choices.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care to patients.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in medicine and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of California.
Certification by a recognized national certifying body that has established standards for NPs or PAs.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or specialty setting.
Exceptional clinical skills, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
