- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner
- Reason for need: growth
- Work Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
- 100% annual health assessments
- Seeking providers who have 2+ years post training nurse practitioner experience
- You’d do most of the health assessments at the patient’s homes – some telemed visits will be performed, as well
- You’d travel within a 30 mile radius from Oxnard, CA
- Must have current California Driver’s license
- Organization overbooks to account for no-shows
- No prescribing involved
- You’d work independently – no MA
- Client has their own internal EMR system

- Annual salary range - $140,000-$160,000
