We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner in Chinle, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

  • Active FNP State License
  • Active DEA License (schedules 2-5)
  • BLS, ACLS
  • Covid Vaccine
  • 5 Years of Nurse Practitioner Experience
  • Must have prior IHS experience
