- Clinical Details
- Anticoagulation Clinic on hospital campus
- Will work under the direction of Radiology Med Director and assigned Interventional Radiologist
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventative healthcare service as delegated by physician
- Prefer previous experience in Anticoagulation Management Therapy setting, but this is not required
- This position will not require inpatient rounding or suturing.
- There are between 30-56 patients a day. The RN’s are the ones that see all the patients.
- The NP will dose the out of range in clinic patients, do 0-2 telehealth visits by phone, give dosing instructions to Home Care patients, and dose patient self-testers.
- Requirements
- One-year clinical experience as an APP
- Must have active CA license
- Board Certified NP
- DEA must remain in CA for duration of active privileges
- Active BLS
- Meets Centers for MediCal and Medicaid Services (CMS) criteria to bill Medicare
