We are seeking Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant who works to achieve the organizational goals through the delivery of healthcare services.
Job Responsibilities
· Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients.
· Plans, provides and documents patient care plans.
Qualifications
· Active APNP license in the State of California AND
· Active board certification as an NP in Family
· Active PA board certification AND Active PA license in the State of California
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant applicants must have:
· Active DEA license unrestricted or ability to apply for such license before or upon hire
· CPR certification and others as required and relevant to the practice area
· Must possess socioeconomic and cultural sensitivity.
