Details:
- Monday-Thursday 8:30a-5:00p - 1-2 shifts per week
- Setting: Outpatient
- No Call and No weekends.
- Hospital-based practice.
- 50% Adults (18+), 45% Geriatric, & 5% Pediatrics
- Support Staff: 1 PA, 1 RN & Patient Access Support.
- No other physicians will be present during locum coverage.
- Locums will not supervise.
- 3-5 Patients per day.
- # of exam rooms: 4
- EMR: EPIC
- Ideal Candidate: an APP that is comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting.
- AANP/NCCPA Certified - REQUIRED
- Active WY License - REQUIRED
- Active ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), DEA - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
- COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
