· Board Certified

· Certifications- BLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

SCHEDULE/SITE: Open Dates at multiple sites:

Henderson, NV:. NP only, Primary Care, Acute Care, Ages 2+, , 90% Adults/10% Peds, less than 20 ppd, DEA not req'd
Dates: 6/12-6/28 Mon, Wed, Fri only 8a-5p (specific dates are 6/12, 6/14, 6/17, 6/19, 6/21, 6/24, 6/26, 6/28) - must be able to do all or majority of dates to present

Las Vegas, NV 89117, NP only, Min of 5 years exp req'd, Ages newborn+, Must have strong walk-in health and pediatrics background, DEA not req'd, Athena EMR. 75% Adults/25% peds
Dates: 5/10 8a-6p, 5/11 8a-2p, 5/29 8a-6p, 5/30 8a-6p, 5/31 8a-6p.
Monday and Wednesdays during blocks of 6/3-12, 6/24-26, 7/8-8/7 for 12p-5p
