Job Description
An established and growing private practice in Atlanta suburbs is seeking two highly competent adult/family nurse practitioners to join their team.
- Scope of practice is treating adult patients with a focus on chronic and acute illnesses. No complex dermatological cases, behavioral health, pain management. No narcotics, etc.
-A wide range of diagnostic procedures including ultrasounds, sleep studies, EKG, phlebotomy, DEXA scans, spirometry are performed in house.
-Close collaboration with Emory Healthcare network Cardiologists and other specialists as needed
-eClinical Works EMR and Dragon Medical One and AI Dictation programs
-Full-time and Part-time or reduced hour schedules will be considered
- 4.5 days per week is considered FT
-Clinic open 8a-5pm, Monday-Friday to ensure maximum work/life balance
- Light call from home
-2-3 patients/hour
-Collaborate with the practice's 3 physicians (and growing!) to ensure adherence to current treatment guidelines and standards of care
-Outstanding clinical skills, interpersonal skills, bedside manner, knowledge of coding/billing and dictation/EMR services is essential
Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 or even higher, depending on the candidate's qualifications. Alternatively, candidates can choose a salary structure that includes a productivity bonus, with the potential to exceed $180,000 after the second year. Additional benefits include a 401(k) with a match, top-tier low deductible health insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid major holidays, an allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME), and professional liability insurance with tail coverage. Sign-on bonus, relocation expense allowances, and student loan assistance are also offered.

This location offers providers the flexibility to choose residence in any of the neighboring towns - Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Cumming, Buford, Flowery Branch, Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, Tucker, Norcross, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Brookhaven - ensuring a short commute to the office.
Qualifications
-Board Certification or ability to obtain prior to start
-3 recent years of experience in primary care; open to those with less as long as they meet other criteria
-Excellent bedside manner
-Strong educational background and clinical experience gained at a reputable practice
-No medical malpractice or disciplinary history
-GA License and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
