This is an outpatient only primary care practice and an opportunity to join an experienced team. With on-site Behavioral Health, Dentistry, and Pharmacy, you will not have a shortage or resources and support. The ideal candidate is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years' experience with an active Idaho license.

- Flexible Scheduling: minimum 2-days/20-hours/week
