Salem Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine PA/NP to join Skyline Village located at 5050 Skyline Village Loop S. At Skyline Village you will be joining a patient centered care team of 20+ primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, care management, RN triage, medical assistants, clinical pharmacists, licensed clinical social worker and PMHNPs as well as onsite specialty services.

Background/Expertise:

• Have graduated from a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or its predecessors, e.g., CAHEA, CAAHEP.
• Have passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) and are certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), or can complete the examination and certification requirement within in 12-months of initial appointment to the Medical Staff.
• Current PA license in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board (OMB).
• Hold DEA certification.
• Maintenance of American Heart Association BLS certification.
