Your Role With Us:

The Woodburn facility is Salem Health’s largest medical clinic offering family medicine, urgent care, lab, imaging (ultrasound, x-ray and mammography) to Oregon’s mid-valley residents. We’re seeking a Physician to support the growth we’ve seen at the clinic over the past few years since its grand opening in 2020.

Background/Expertise:

  • Board Certification in the applicable American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic
  • Board.
  • Applicants who are not Board Certified must obtain board certification within five years from completion of the applicable Residency and/or Fellowship program for the privileges being requested at Salem Hospital
  • Demonstrate experience and current competence in the delivery of patient care for a minimum of 60 patients of various diagnoses and procedures in each of the requested age populations below in an active clinical practice reflective of the privileges requested within the last 24 months.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the delivery of patient care in an active clinical practice preferred.
