Salem Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join Skyline Village located at 5050 Skyline Village Loop S. At Skyline Village you will be joining a patient centered care team of 20+ primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, care management, RN triage, medical assistants, clinical pharmacists, licensed clinical social worker and PMHNPs as well as onsite specialty services.

Position Details:

• Full-Time at 1.0 FTE, 4 to 4.5 days per week.
• Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
