Join a family medicine practice in a Central California community that is offering an excellent work/life balance alongside strong income potential. With the option of a 4-day work week and no call, this position offers a nice quality of life.
The Position:
• Join an established practice alongside 2 MD's and 1 NP
• 100% outpatient role with no call
• Option of a 4 or 5-day work week
• Option to work with underserved patient population and/or Spanish-speaking patients alongside 1 experienced MD, if desired
• Compensation package includes a base salary between 140-170k with production upside
• Yearly retention bonus of $10k, relocation and sign-on bonus of $15k, full and comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME, and more
